Hello There!

Hi Friends! I have been really bad about posting on blog lately. Actually, mom has been bad about letting me get on the computer to update. Plus, her camera was not working, so I didn't really have any fun pictures to share.
Anyway, the camera is working again and I will posting more often soon! Mommy and daddy have some human kids coming over tonight, so there should be some fun pictures of me with my new friends soon. And, it may snow this weekend, so I am one excited little red Vizsla.

Douglas the Babysitter

Hi Friends! Well, mom and dad caught wind of my trying to move the family and told me we are staying put, so I guess I am stuck here in Philadelphia for a little while longer. Mommy assured me that the fireworks should be done for the winter, but I don't believe her.

Anyway, guess what came over my house last week? A baby, a real live baby. She was really cute and had some great new smells. Mommy put me in my crate when she first came over because she had never seem a big dog before. Then mommy had the nerve to hold the baby! Doesn't she know that I am all the baby she will ever need and that if she is not holding me, she should not be holding anyone or anything. Humans!

After dinner, mommy let me out of my crate so I could explore this new baby. She really liked me. I could tell because she made all kinds of happy noises and had a big smile on her face.

Why hello there little baby! (Don't worry I am not growling, that is just Elvis lip)

You smell really nice! Maybe I can roll on you.

I wonder if this will make her laugh.

Enough babies, is there anything to eat up there?

A Not So Happy New Year

Hi Friends! Happy New Year! New Year's Eve here in Philadelphia stunk. You know why? The meanies who live near me use the fireworks ALL NIGHT LONG. This does not make for a happy ringing in of 2010 for me. Plus, mommy and daddy went to their friends' house and left me home alone. I have decided that I will be moving to a new city where they do not use any fireworks. If you have any suggestions, please let me know. I am thinking of taking mommy and daddy with me, but I don't know how they will feel about the big move.

Things I am looking for in my new city:
1. NO FIREWORKS!!!!!

2. A nice dog park to go to.

3. Some place to go to agility class at.

4. A beach (I love to poo on the beach- there is nothing better in the world)

5. A big house with a huge yard.

I am sure that I will come up with more things I want for my new city, but this is a start.
